TrakPal Waypoints

Waypoints can be added, modified or deleted using the tool bar . Each waypoint has a long name, position as latitude and longitude, a proximity value (see alarms) and a 5 letter acronym or short name. The short name is how the waypoint is shown on the Trak main screen.

Waypoints can also be entered by pressing the centre of the trak display as you pass the required location. These automatic waypoints are given an incrementing number and the names can be edited later.

At present, 50 waypoints can be entered.
